PAYMENT

At the moment I can accept credit cards and payments through Paypal

VAT
I do not charge VAT on the items I sell, the price you see is the price you pay. 

 

SHIPPING
Shipping method is at my discretion, but under normal circumstances I ship Royal Mail Second Class, Small Parcel rate £3.50 and standard Letter £1.00

If any Items are returned to me due to an incorrect delivery address being supplied, I reserve the right to charge additional postal costs to have the item re-posted. If an item is returned to me due to an error on my part I will gladly re-post at my own cost.

Providing items are in stock and payment has been cleared I aim to post your order winin 5 working days. If I need to re-order any item or Items that states 'supplied and painted to order' I will email you with an estimated delivery date.

LIABILITY
Scratch Built items  - are made using the highest standard I can produce, however due to items being scratch built no two models will be the same. The Images on this website are an example of the items I produce and the flock, materials and paint may vary in colour.

 

Painted scenery & Figures - are hand painted and although I endeavor to re-produce the same paint effect this is done on a small scale and the colours may vary.

Resin Scenery- are produced using two part resin, is durable and not prone to shattering.

 

While I am happy to provide advice on my models, please note it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the items you are ordering are suitable for your needs.
